PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 25 <br /> Chapter 25, Article 5, Section 25-5-132 (Relating to Permitted Uses) <br /> is proposed to be amended as follows: <br /> "(a) The following uses shall be permitted in the MCX district: <br /> (26) Hospitals, sanitariums, old age, convalescent, nursing, and rest <br /> homes." <br />
