If the <br /> proposed use's substantial adverse effects were outweighed by compelling public interest, the <br /> Commission could consider these factors. However, the proposed use poses additional potential <br /> public health and safety concerns. §205A-26(2)(A) Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended. <br /> S. The cumulative environmental and ecological impact of the proposed use is <br /> inconsistent with §205A-26(2)(A) Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended. <br /> T. The proposed use is inconsistent with the objectives,policies and special <br /> management area guidelines of this chapter and any guidelines enacted by the legislature, <br /> Section 205 A-26(2)(B) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended. <br /> U.
