Kissel <br /> Puak6, South Kohala, Hawaii, TMK: (3) 6-9-006:014 <br /> We are aware of misinformation regarding the subject application being publicized online and wish <br /> to clarify for the record. Previous plans for the applicant's home would have taken access from the <br /> short extension of Puak6 Beach Drive that fronts the north side of the property. However, the <br /> applicants are sensitive to community concerns and do not wish to disrupt existing shoreline access <br /> in any way. To preserve the current public shoreline access the plans have been modified to take <br /> access from the mauka side of the property along the main stretch of Puak6 Beach Drive.
