Board Member Hughes moved to accept the recommendation by the Department for penalty in Case No. 2024-005, that the Licensee is assessed a penalty in the sum of TWO THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($2,000.00), with ONE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000.00) to be suspended for 12 months from the date of service of this Decision and Order, on the condition that there are no similar violations of Section 281-78(b)(1)(A) of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, within that period and that ONE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,000.00) is to be paid within 30 days upon receipt of this Decision and Order, payable to the Department of Liquor Control; Seconded by Board Member Raymond.
