WISEMAN: To make sure that the—all the Appellants who are, I think, are similarly situated, then I realized that a closed hearing means that the rest of them have to go outside and wait. CHR. CABANAS: That's correct. MR. WISEMAN: I'm not sure—in all likelihood they understand that, but I was (inaudible) to them. CHR. CABANAS: Yes, that's a good point.
