Monteleone: The business is a restaurant, casual -style bringing homemade food from <br />Lahaina and the recipes we grew up with, we're also excited to be part of the <br />community, moving into the Big Island and sharing the knowledge that we have with our <br />food and beverage industry with that small community. <br />Nishimoto: Thank you. Have you received the report? <br />Monteleone: Yes, ma'am. <br />Nishimoto: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Monteleone: Negative. <br />Nishimoto: Any public testimony? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Nishimoto: Commission, any discussion or questions? <br />Taniguchi: I have a question, so is this the one that's all the way down at the bottom? <br />Monteleone: Yes, the southernmost restaurant. <br />Taniguchi: The southernmost restaurant in the United States? <br />Monteleone: Yes, sir, right across from the Punalu`u Bakery? <br />Taniguchi: Yes. <br />Monteleone: Yes. <br />Taniguchi: Oh, okay. <br />Nishimoto: Are you still having those homemade pies that they used to have? <br />Monteleone: We are going to continue, yes. <br />Nishimoto: I remember the pies there, very good. <br />Monteleone: Yes, we will continue the pies. <br />Nishimoto: And you said bringing recipes from Lahaina? <br />Monteleone: Yes, I'm born and raised in Lahaina, I was the wrestling coach there for <br />23 years, and both Mark and I were affected from the wildfire.
