The Smart City and 2045 General Plan plans must not be <br /> adopted. <br /> The 2045 plan steals land from everyone who is not in an existing census cluster. The county <br /> plans on only spending money for infrastructure in the census cluster areas and going to ignore <br /> the rest of the island. <br /> You don't get to take my AG10 land and unilaterally change it to "Natural" WITHOUT <br /> COMPENSATION. <br /> You don't get to tell me how much water I can use, or that the County owns my water! <br /> You don't get to ignore all the substandard subdivisions you approved in the "good of boy <br /> days" because we arn't an urban cluster- we need our taxpayer public roads for economic and <br /> safety reasons and we need priority because you in the cities already have multiple roads <br /> going everywhere.. <br /> You don't get to tax me more because I happen to live in a rural area and therefore drive more <br /> than you think I should. <br /> Sara Steiner <br /> 13-430 Pohoiki Road <br /> Pahoa, HI 96778 <br />
