Representing Licensee: Robert Ichikawa, Authorized Agent. Ichikawa: Good morning, Robert Ichikawa representing Safeway Inc., dba Safeway. Just a point of clarification, that the approval would include that Albertsons Safeway LLC, is the sole owner of Safeway Inc., doing business as Safeway, and Safeway Inc. is the licensee under all the licenses. Nishimoto: And that's clarifying the purchase of the common stock? Ichikawa: Yes, so there's going to be a purchase way above by Kroger of Albertsons Companies, Inc. So, we provided notification of that potential purchase, but we also wanted to clarify that Albertsons Companies then owns Albertsons Safeway LLC, and that Albertsons Safeway LLC owns Safeway Inc.
