We have <br /> been developing a Historic Bridge Programmatic Agreement to use on Minor <br /> bridge repairs. We are now in final draft and sending it out for comments before <br /> we finalize. <br /> We would like an opportunity to present the PA to the council at the February <br /> meeting. The latest draft is attached. It includes the PA, a spreadsheet of different <br /> types of work covered by the TA and the Tier it would fall into, and a Guidance <br /> manual which goes into much more detail about the kind of work covered by the <br /> PA.
