We value our family's safety <br /> and privacy, and we seek to protect what is ours. It is important to note that <br /> there will not just be more movement during the festival, but the months <br /> leading up to the festival will certainly require preparation and workers on the <br /> property, as was the case in 2024. <br /> What attracted us to our property in the first place was the security and <br /> peacefulness that a private and gated road with few residents afforded us. <br /> Permitting these other uses will jeopardize the very thing that we wanted from <br /> this land which we have intended to pass on to our children one day. We <br /> have many hopes and dreams for this piece of land, but should the need to <br /> relocate ever occur, I am afraid that this permit will devalue our land. <br /> Sincerely, Maia Munoz Luz <br />
