Clear and simple purpose gives rise to intelligent action and successful <br /> outcomes. Complex rules and regulations create stupid and limited behavior. <br /> On Jan 17, 1946 on the 53 anniversary of the overthrow of the Hawaiian <br /> Kingdom, Senator Alice Kamokila Campbell, descendant of chiefs from the <br /> lineage of Queen Kapi'olani wife to King Kalakaua and one of the few voices <br /> who opposed the statehood for Hawaii gave her testimony to the joint- <br /> congressional committee on statehood was quoted by John Whitehead in saying <br /> I do not feel...we should forfeit the traditional rights and privileges of the natives <br /> of our islands for a mere thimbleful of votes in Congress, that we, the lovers of <br /> hawaii from long association with it should sacrifice our birthright for th greed of <br /> alien desires to remain on our shores, that we should satisfy the thirst for power <br /> and control of some inflated industrialists and politicians who hide under the <br /> guise of friends of Hawaii, yet still keeping an eagle eye on the financial and <br /> political pressure button of subjugation over the people in general of these islands. <br /> I like the word"general". It has a commanding presence doesn't it. As in the <br /> General Plan. There is noting general about it as it is specifically designed to strip <br /> away the life of the people and their connection to the Island. <br /> Where are you getting your decision making power? Are you being indoctrinated <br /> by information being handed down by unelected corporations, individuals or <br /> people in financially empowered positions? <br /> This is directed to the Climate concerns. Examples of such modification and <br /> behaviors of officials in the Maui disaster, Tennessee, and North Carolina. <br /> Technology was created for the good of supply better weather where needed. <br /> Once the powers found out about took it and our now capitalizing the <br /> weaponization against the people for monetary gain by those who demonstrate it's <br /> use in death and destruction of life and property.
