mentioned the fact that the generator had been stolen from the trap range and they <br />said they were gonna get on that and try to get that opened up for us as ASAP, you <br />know, he was not aware at the time that the generator for the trap range was stolen <br />and was not working so he was very supportive when he found out that he was gonna <br />get on it – get a new generator up there. But I like the thing move with that permanent <br />power from Richard Hoeflinger’s letter so, hopefully we can work out something it <br />would be nice if we can just lock up these criminals but that’s not gonna happen. <br /> <br />LT: Yeah, - Leomana, District – 3, I saw the range opened up – I follow them on social media <br />and I think I saw them on Big Island News, – one of the local news stations. He’s interested in working with us <br />and waiting for our reports and he just got in there so he’s kind of wanting to learn <br />about all of this stuff too. Some of the things we talked about were the Waikoloa fire escape road going <br />through Waikoloa, some of the sheep in his area and shoots – I cannot think off the top <br />of my head, but I remember we were talking about the second fire road leading out of <br />Waikoloa and how they’re planning on building that. <br /> <br />JA: I’ve got an email out to him and his staff about the shooting range. <br /> <br />LT: Oh, all right, OK, we can actually – my plan was to email all of the representatives and <br />senators and send them these pictures to remind them,that we came to talk to them – <br />just showing some faces so they can remember we come from GMAC so I’ll reach out <br />to… <br /> <br />RD: Ah, Chair, quick question for Justin. So, Justin, what was the issue you’re bringing to <br />James on the shooting range? <br /> <br />JA: Lack of… Just to get his awareness, you know, I mean, got to stop kicking that can and, <br />get some action from the County Council perspective. I can’t remember the gal he <br />replaced – she was aware and was semi-interested in it but wasn’t putting a lot of pen <br />to paper, you know, she had some comments on it and was semi-supportive but just <br />trying to get more action from the County Council and not just lip service. <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
