Components of letter to include invitation to attend <br /> upcoming CSW meeting, background of CSW, current <br /> updates of CSW activities, future plans, ask for Mayor's <br /> thoughts on plan for Hawaii County relating to CSW <br /> involvement and how to better care for women and <br /> children. <br /> 2. Christen motioned to include that chair and two secretaries <br /> are given the authority to write and send the letter before <br /> the next CSW meeting, Kahea seconded. Motion passed. <br />
