TAVARES: Yes. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Mr. Hong and to you. Yeah, we don't want you to work on holiday. <br />Okay, so November 12t' would be the deadline for both of you to do your responsive <br />pleadings —and that's by 4:30 p.m. <br />Mr. Hong, any objections to that? <br />MR. HONG: No. Thank you. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. Very good. So, we're all good. Okay. <br />MS. MATHEWS: May I make a suggestion? <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yes, Ms. Mathews? <br />MS. MATHEWS: Can we huh the Turner —Kaye —because Kaye is going to be a short period <br />of time. Turner could have an open-end and can take much longer. <br />CHR. CABANAS: That's true. <br />MS. MATHEWS: And so, we've got somebody sitting out there— <br />CHR. CABANAS: Waiting. <br />MS. MATHEWS: —makes more sense that we switch the times. Does that work for you, <br />Mr. Hong?
