CABANAS: Now that the closed session for the Tony Enriquez hearing has concluded, <br />we need to announce our decision in open session. So a motion needs to be made to concur with <br />the Board's recommendation, and then a second, and a rollcall vote —so we need to do that, <br />again. <br />So, may I have a motion to concur with the Board's recommendation? <br />MR.
