FACILITY RULES: Service animals are welcome.. Comfort animals and pets are not permitted on County Premises. Please refrain from bringing children/minors to classes. ENROLLMENT: Registration will be closed when the class limit is met. Class size is dependent on room size and student/teacher ratio.. You will need an Elderly Activities Division Senior Identification card to participate in activities.. If you do not have an identification card please call the FRS office to schedule an appointment. FRS Release of Claims/Emergency Information Form must be completed prior to starting activities.. SPRING REGISTRATION: General public registration will start MondaWMARCH V 2025 @ 9:00 AM — 12:00 PM at the Keaau Community Center. Registration will continue'through Fri da y,A PRIL 11 2025 at Keaau CQmmmni C. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER April 11® PLEASE, NO REGISTRATION BY TELEPHONE. Register by writing your name, telephone # and email address on the class Registration sheet. Payment will be collected when classes begins.. Pre -registration for each class will be available prior to the end of Winter Qtr.. for students currently enrolled in the class.. If you decide to drop the course before the 2nd class, please call the IRS office at 966-5801 & "no shows" will be removed from the attendance after the 2nd class. SUMMER QUARTER: Registration will begin MondayjUNE 16,,2025 and end on Fri dayDULY 18, 2025 with classes beginning on Mon da DULY LY 7.. F1 re -registration for students currently enrolled in a course will be on the y,, last days of class in the Spring Quarter.. No pre -registration by telephone.. CLASS COST: Participants will be required to pay a registration fee per class.. The CURRENT CLASS fee is $20.00 for the entire session whether it's 8, 9, or 10 classes and will collected at the first and second class.. The monies will be used to support all FRS programs and activities.. No refunds after the second class.. Do not pay at the office.. Please pay in class..
