This plan will not <br /> serve the people of Hawaii. It will open up the doors for state government to rezone property if <br /> they feel the need to do so. Rezoning residential properties to recreational property decreases <br /> the value of these properties. It will further burden the already over burdened electrical grid. <br /> These are only a few of the disasters that this plan will create. In no way is this a positive <br /> situation for the population of Big Island.
