There are many <br /> things which need a philosophical approach to simpify the County's governance over the land <br /> and the people. Reason and logic need to be brought into the picture to broaden out and <br /> address the major misconceptions this plan is based upon, and where it came from. Or where <br /> the plan started from as a format brought in from other organizations. <br /> I hope you will research the way all of you are being influenced and how you might broaden <br /> your thinking to bring the people into the picture that create what Hawaii is. It should not <br /> come from corporations or mega wealth or outside stakeholders being involved with the laws <br /> and directions of this plan. <br /> Please hear and look to the energy that is being created and get to the heart of what Hawaii <br /> should be. <br /> Aloha <br /> Sarahlee Kittons <br />
