I'd just like to thank <br />Mr. Wiseman for his service, as a member of the Merit Appeals Board. We have a letter for you, <br />David, signed by all Board members, so Glynis will be issuing it to you. <br />But, basically, it says: "Dear David, We are very grateful for you service as a member of the <br />Merit Appeals Board. It has been a great pleasure to have worked with you on the Board. Your <br />commitment to uphold the merit system while being fair in the meetings and appeal hearings are <br />greatly valued.
