Merit Appeals Board <br />November 26, 2024 <br />MR. HALVORSON: Well, you already got a hearing scheduled for January but that's a hearing <br />on the merits. So, I don't know that you can do anything other than give him we require him to <br />do a status report on the 16'h ofI think it's the 16'h of January? <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yes. <br />MR. HALVORSON: Or you could give him until your hearing date in February. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Mr. Kunz? <br />MR. KUNZ: Yeah, I was going to suggest since —well, I won't be here, but, sorry but you <br />have a meeting scheduled on the W' that we can, at least, get a status on the 16''. <br />CHR. CABANAS: On the 16''. Okay. We have a situation here, too, with the Merit Appeals <br />Board in that we will not have Mr. Kunz and Mr. Wiseman on the Board for January —leaving <br />only Ms. Bond, Ms. Mathews, and myself which is three is quorum, but that's what we will <br />have until the new Administration submits nominees to the Council for successors to these <br />current Board members. <br />So, okay —we have a motion to allow Mr. Enriquez the extension and can we amend the motion <br />to allow for the extension with a report from Mr. Enriquez at the January W' meeting? <br />MR. KUNZ: So moved. <br />MR. WISEMAN: Second. <br />MS. MATHEWS: Second. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Thank you. Any discussion? If not, I'll start a rollcall vote with <br />Mr. Wiseman. <br />MR.
