Merit Appeals Board January 16, 2025 <br />MS. BOND: Aye. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Ms. Cabanas —aye. <br />Motion carried. Three ayes, motion is approved. Okay, Mr. Turner, thank you so much for <br />waiting so patiently. This is almost one-year and I'm glad that you will be you are returned to <br />the CERSII position effective March 16, 2024. And if this can be expedited on your end, at <br />Public Works, HR end —so that he gets the Form 13's immediately. <br />MS. TAVARES: So, just for clarification, because it is our desire to make this as immediate as <br />possible <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yes. <br />MS. TAVARES: Would you like Corporation Counsel to submit the amended Order or will be <br />Board be doing that —because that's all we need, is the Order —and I can have Mr. Lee prepare <br />that. <br />CHR. CABANAS: I have to ask Mr. Halvorson. Mr. Halvorson, they're offering to amend the <br />Order but what is the proper protocol here, `cause don't you usually do it for us? <br />MR. HALVORSON: Well, I can. But it's not uncommon for the prevailing parry or one of the <br />parties to be asked to prepare the Order. So, I've got no problem with Mr. Lee or Corp. Counsel <br />preparing the Order. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. Fine. I think for it to be expeditiously done, if you could please do <br />the Order, Office of the Corporation Counsel. Thank you very much —appreciate it. <br />MR. HALVORSON: When you prepare the Order, make sure you send me your draft, as well as <br />Mr. Hong'sso we could have our comments. I don't anticipate any but just to make sure. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay, thank you very much. Okay, thank you. Thank you all, for coming <br />today. Mr. Turner, good luck.
