Oral testimony can be <br />provided at the beginning of the meeting, when the respective agenda is called, or at the sole <br />discretion of the Chair. Each Commissioner will provide updates and share concerns about their <br />respective districts; Commissioners to decide on whether to add those <br />topics at the next meeting and to invite the public, to provide testimonies <br />and presentations at their meeting. Permitted Interaction Groups may be <br />created at this time. There will otherwise be no discussion or voting, which <br />will be reserved for when it is itemized on a future agenda. <br /> <br />5. PRESENTATIONS: <br /> <br />a. Lawrence L. Terlep, Jr., Hawai’i Island DOCARE Branch Chief, and Ivan <br />Tamura, DOCARE Lt., “Talk Story with Hawai’i Island Division of <br />Conservation and Resources Enforcement”, on updates, concerns, <br />programs and policies for Hawaii Island mauka and makai. <br /> <br />b. Chuck Flaherty, Chair of Hawai’i County Sierra Club “to present on the <br />Hawai’i County General Plan Comprehensive Review as it relates to <br />public access, recreation, trails, cultural and environmental resources.” <br /> <br />6.
