There'll be some like package snacks but mostly it will be like <br />where you go if you want to find like the best craft beer, or the best bottle whiskey, or <br />local rums, yeah, so it's like high -end spirits, and craft cocktails, mocktails as well, beer <br />and wine. <br />Okabe: Have you received the application report? <br />Maser -Smith: Yes. <br />Okabe: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Maser -Smith: No. <br />Okabe: Any public testimony? <br />There was no public testimony. <br />Okabe: Hearing none. Commissioners, do you have any discussion or questions? <br />Taniguchi: I have a question, explain the name of your LLC (Limited Liability <br />Company), why Cocktail Academy? <br />Maser -Smith: Because during COVID (coronavirus disease), I realized that I had a <br />specific skillset that I learned from my mentor in Oahu when I was learning mixology, <br />and I wanted to make that skillset available to anybody that wanted to learn it, even if <br />they were in a rural community. And so, I built a bar at my house, and I took all of the <br />things that I had learned and combined them into like classes, and I shot videos and <br />then learned how to shoot videos and edit them and upload them on a college like <br />website so that like it's online on demand.
