It's all part of the amenities of <br />the property. <br />Greenwell: Okay, for clarification purposes, the restrooms are there, I read the <br />covenants and the rules of the association, it was my interpretation that the restrooms <br />were there for the people that own units. You're telling me that you own a unit, so <br />because you have a business, you following me where I'm going? Because you have a <br />business, any customers of yours can use those restrooms, is that correct? <br />Zaldivar: Well so here, that is correct is there's in the KBK (Kona Bali Kai) rules, it <br />doesn't say that we cannot use the restrooms because we're an owner and our guests <br />are allowed to use them, I have a residential and a commercial unit. <br />Greenwell: Yes, that's why I'm asking for clarification. <br />Zaldivar: All of them both have access and the fobs, they give us the fobs to use the <br />restrooms, and we let everybody use them. <br />Gonzalez: Okay, I'm going to step in here. So, may I call you Vinny? <br />Zaldivar: Sure. <br />Gonzalez: So, I visited you a few weeks ago, I suggested to you that you should <br />submit something in writing to the Commission to address the concerns raised, thank <br />you for submitting that for the Commission so they could read it beforehand. I think <br />what the Commissioners are getting at, and they're referring to Kona Bali Kai <br />Condominium House Rules Revised 3-2017, and specifically under Section C, Common <br />Elements, and within Common Elements, there's a note that says commercial tenants <br />shall not be permitted to use the common elements, such as the pool, jacuzzi, BBQ <br />(barbeque) area, and laundry facility, etc. So, that's what he's asking you to clear up, <br />so there is something in writing saying the commercial tenants are not supposed to be <br />utilizing the bathroom which is located in this laundry facility. <br />Zaldivar: It's weird because they give us fobs and we always use it. <br />Gonzalez: Right? So <br />Zaldivar: Okay, so I couldn't find that, I didn't see that, I read through it, I didn't see <br />that.
