Zaldivar: No, I mean I don't think they would want to give that a problem, these are all
<br />servicing their people, you know they're short-term renters, they come in from all over
<br />the world, they can come down, they can watch the UFC (Ultimate Fighting
<br />Championship) fight, the game, they can have a sandwich, they can have rum and
<br />coconuts, and go right back up to the room, they don't have to drive anywhere, that's
<br />huge, a huge amenity.
<br />Taniguchi: So, getting back to your music thing too, just to double check, the
<br />Hawaiian music or whatever is going to be played music, or is it live?
<br />Zaldivar: I think I would like to have a live ukulele player on the weekends, when
<br />there's the traffic that warrants it. Mainly everything else is probably going to be football
<br />games and basketball games, and baseball games for most of the part, then when we
<br />have some entertainment we can put that on, maybe do a I don't know, unless it's by
<br />request we're not going to be doing anything crazy.
<br />Taniguchi: Yeah, just that your noise thing is from 9:00 p.m., right?
<br />Zaldivar: Check this out, this whole Da Coco Shack is concrete, you can't hear much
<br />out of that thing. It's nice and I mean I'm not pumping drums or we're not doing
<br />anything like that. So, there's a road right there too, you got mopeds, you got diesels,
<br />you got the ocean, they're not going to hear us, you know. We're not creating any
<br />noise, I mean maybe if I'm really hammered by a coconut or something, tough one but
<br />it's normal.
<br />Wilkinson: Your application says that you also operate a scooter rental?
<br />Zaldivar: No, that was just a test, I already got them for sale, that didn't work, it was a
<br />bad test, I didn't like them, pain in the butt.
<br />Espejo: I got a question, we talking a space of 766 square feet, alright. What is
<br />capacity if you have dining room tables?
<br />Zaldivar: Yeah, like I said it's going to be around 40 you know, 27 maybe lower, we
<br />just have a counter, we have our equipment and then we have four tops, and there's
<br />plenty of room.
<br />Espejo: So that's my point is that you're not going to have a whole lot of people there
<br />at one time unless it's elbow to elbow people, right?
<br />Zaldivar: Well unless they want to like, I don't know, we have a big soccer team that
<br />comes in and wants a sandwich, they'll just be in line, I don't think it's going to be an
<br />issue.
<br />Espejo: So now does the Department of Health tell you how many people you can
<br />have then, or is it the Fire Department?
