We ask the LPC and Planning Director to deliberate revoking the SMA permit under Rule 9 of <br /> the Planning Commission Rules because of possible noncompliance with the conditions of the <br /> permit, or possible harm to the health and safety of the Leeward community caused by excess <br /> water usage.
