CABANAS: We are now on the "Director's Report"so, Sommer, if you could come up <br />forward. <br />(At this time, Ms. Sommer J. Tokihiro, Director, Human Resources Department, came <br />forward.) <br />CHR. CABANAS: Good morning, Sommer. <br />MS. TOKIHIRO: Hi, good morning. <br />MAB Quarterly Reports: October - December 2024 <br />CHR. CABANAS: So, today, we're going to do a little catch-up. So, the first thing listed is <br />MAB's Quarterly Report for October through December 2024. <br />Jim, we're going to hear the "Director's Report" so do you want to pause for a while and Glynis <br />will contact you when we're ready for the two Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law? <br />MR. HALVORSON: Sure, that's good for me. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. So, Glynis will contact you. <br />MR. HALVORSON: Okay. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay, thank you very much for standing by. Okay, Sommer, when —do you <br />have any questions, first of all, Board members? Okay, go ahead, Sommer. <br />MS. TOKIHIRO: I barely remember the last quarter, right, after (inaudible) December. I <br />apologize that I haven't been able to attend a couple of meetings due to ongoing collective <br />bargaining negotiations. And so, I believe that that's why this quarterly report is being submitted <br />a little later, but for the first half of the fiscal year, there's a lot happening in HR.
