Written testimony must be received by 12:00 <br /> noon, two business days before the meeting to ensure timely delivery to the Commission. <br /> Oral Testimony: Testimony must be related to an item on the agenda. The Commission will <br /> hear public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is <br /> called, or as allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) <br /> minutes; please plan accordingly. <br />
