APPLICANTS REQUEST: <br /> • SMA Use Permit No. 437 was approved on October 3, 2003, to develop a 4-story, 32-unit condominium <br /> project. <br /> • The current Applicant is requesting to revoke SMA No. 437 to pursue an updated SMA Use Permit. <br /> • Reason for Request: Applicant did not complete the project in accordance with timing conditions of <br /> SMA No. 437, and as such the Planning Director required an updated SMA Use Permit Application be <br /> submitted for review and decision by the Planning Commission. <br /> DIRECTORS RECOMMENDATION <br /> • Planning Director recommends revoking SMA No. 437 so that the applicant can pursue the project <br /> under PL-SMA-2025-000072. <br />
