PROPOSED PROJECT: <br /> • Construction of a four (4) story, 34-unit condominium building for multi-family residential use. <br /> • Related development includes a swimming pool, drainage improvements, public access pathways, and <br /> parking areas. <br /> • Condominium includes a range of unit types, from 1-bedroom, to 3-bedroom units, that include a den, <br /> kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and private lanai. <br /> • Building will be approximately 45 feet in height. <br /> • Includes 34 parking spaces beneath the building, and an additional 13 mauka side parking stalls; 3 of <br /> which will be dedicated for public shoreline access; ADA parking will also be included. <br /> • Mauka-makai shoreline access path that leads to a lateral shoreline access path as required under a <br /> previously approved "Grant of Easement for Public Access and Parking". 3 parking spaces will be <br /> dedicated for public shoreline access. <br />
