Connectivity Requirement <br /> Interaction among all members of the <br /> board and the public who are <br /> participating must be maintained under <br /> type two and three meetings. <br /> If connectivity is lost and cannot be <br /> restored within 30 minutes, the meeting <br /> must be terminated if a quorum cannot <br /> be maintained and /or if the public access <br /> point is affected . <br />
