(Company) to acquire Albertsons Companies at the top level but the transaction did not go through. So, what's required is more of a courtesy notice of the ultimate parent changing, the licensee remains the same. The parent company and the licensee remain the same, it was just more of a notification of a change in ownership above which doesn't really require approval, but we wanted to make sure that everyone was aware of the potential change. And as a result of that, we filed a notice letter to Mr. Takase and following that since the transaction did not go through. Again, we advised the Department that the transaction was no longer there so, again clarifying that everything is the same as it started before.
