We are in operation right now <br />just as the restaurant. <br />Okabe: Have you received the application report? <br />Hitsman: Yes. <br />Okabe: Are there changes to the report? <br />Hitsman: No. <br />Okabe: Brandon, are there any report of protests? <br />Gonzalez: Chairperson, the applicant mailed 2 out of 2 notices within 100 feet, <br />21 out of 22 notices within 500 feet, and zero notices to a condominium or cooperative <br />property owner. There were 21 properties within 500 feet entitled to protest, and we did <br />receive 4 verifiable protests by properties within 500 feet to this application. Also note, <br />we have received as of this morning 4 letters of support for the application not within <br />500 feet.
