Representing applicant: Vincent `Coco Vinny' Zaldivar, Co-owner. <br />Representing Kona Bali Kai AOAO (Association of Apartment Owners): <br />Michael Gaudette, KBK AOAO President, Jeremy Mantanez, KBK Site Manager. <br />(GROUP CONVENES IN KONA BALI KAI CONDOMINIUMS LOBBY FOR SITE <br />VISIT) <br />Okabe: This is a site visitation for Application No. 24-13, A to Z Owners LLC, dba <br />Da Coco Shack, for an original Restaurant General liquor license, Category B1, located <br />at the Kona Bali Kai Condominium, 76-6246 Ali' i Drive, #102, Kailua-Kona, Hawai' i, <br />96740) TMK 7-6-015-023-001. This site visit is to provide Commissioners the <br />opportunity to view the subject property and immediate surrounding area. Due to <br />the environmental conditions and circumstances, this site visit is being audio recorded <br />by Liquor staff and by hand notes. Only matters that are recorded by the Liquor <br />Commission audio recording and liquor staff notes will be made part of the official <br />minutes of this site visitation. Therefore, only Commissioners will be allowed to speak <br />if absolutely necessary. The applicant or parties may speak only if directed by the <br />Chair. Only Commissioners may ask questions of staff or applicant, or condominium <br />representatives, if necessary. Questions from Commissioners should be limited, <br />seeking the clarification of features, detailed questioning should be reserved for actual <br />hearing. Only one Commissioner may speak at a time. When speaking, use your loud <br />outside voice, state your last name, then begin speaking. Speak loud and clear and <br />one at a time so that the recording is understandable. There will be no public testimony <br />taken during this site visitation.
