FINDINGS OF THE PERMITTED INTERACTION GROUP (PIG) Vice Chair Bertsch reported on the PIG’s findings regarding Complaint No. HPC 24-42, which involved allegations of collective bargaining violationsand prohibited practices. The group, consisting of Chair Robinson, Vice Chair Bertsch, and Commissioner Tavares, was unable to complete its work due to the complainant’s refusal to meet.
