Holders of a valid annual! pass may or may not be provided special <br />privileges at such Special Events, as cletermined by the Director, <br />MEM <br />The Director, the Director's duly authorized designee, or the Administrator may <br />prohibit any person frorn using the Complex or portion thereof when the Director, <br />the Director's duty authorized designee, or Administrator has reason to believe that <br />suich person poises a, threat to, the hea:lth, safety, or welfare of persons or property <br />or when such person has previously failed to cornply with or abide by the rules and <br />regulations of the Department, laws a;nid/'or ordinances, The Director, the <br />Director"s dujy authorized designee, or Administrator may prohibit Such person <br />from using the, Compilex until such time as the Director, the Director's duly <br />M <br />
