activity conducted by the Lessee at and the Complex, as approved by the <br />Administrator, <br />ANo person shall commit any disorderly, obscene, indecent, or unlawful act or <br />conduct themselves in any manner that may be detrimental to the health, safety <br />and/or inidivid�ual rights of others or the health and safety of any animals at the <br />Complex. <br />B, No person shall conduct or participate in gambli�ng nor operate any gambling <br />devices at the Complex or in conjunction with any use of the Complex, <br />C. All' garbagle and other refuse or waste materials shall be placed in receptacles <br />provided for such purposes, All HI-5 beverage containers shaill be placed in <br />recycling bins provided, <br />U No person shall destroy, injure, deface or disturb in any way, any building, sign, <br />fixture, equipment or other County property. <br />F. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed within the Complex unless otherwise <br />approved by the Director and onily when in conformance with all state and County <br />liquor regulat�ions,. When approved by the Director and the Department of Liquor <br />Control, ailcoholic beverages shall only be, stored, served, so4d, possessed, anid/or <br />consumed in areas speccally designated for such. <br />G. The Department shall not be responsib,le for any theft, dlamage or vandalism of any <br />personal property. <br />A. Smoking, vaping and the use of tobacco and nicotine products are prohibite43 <br />Aside from Department personnel, no one shall be allowed in any Stall without <br />p rope ra ut hiorizatio n from the Rentee or the Administrator. <br />I <br />J, Horses, cattle, or other livestock shall never be left unattended at the Coimpilex <br />(except for any horse in its appropriate rented Stall). Any unattended horses, <br />cattlei, or other ilivestock will be removed as abandoned property and subject to <br />recovery fees of ten dollars ($10) a day per animal, in addition to fees assessed by <br />the Coiuin,ty of HawaiTs Animal Control and Protection Agilency, <br />Parking of vehicles, including horse trailers, shall onily be allowed in marked <br />parking spaces, <br />
