CABANAS: We are looking at the "Approval of Minutes" for February 25, 2025, and <br />March 13, 2025. Have you all had the opportunity to read the minutes for these two meetings? <br />MR. THOMAS: I have, but I didn't attend that meeting that was before I was appointed. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay, but you did read the <br />MR. THOMAS: But I did read them over. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. <br />MR .THOMAS: But does that mean I'm allowed to vote? <br />CHR. CABANAS: Yeah, you can vote. <br />MR. THOMAS: Okay. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Okay. So, may I have a motion to accept these two meeting minutes? <br />MS. BOND: So moved. <br />MR. THOMAS: Second. <br />CHR. CABANAS: Thank you. Any discussion?
