This particular one is <br />taking over the former `Ohelo Cafe space, and it will be just a restaurant location that <br />serves our beer, alcohol, locally -sourced foods. <br />Gonzalez: What kind of food are you going to be serving? <br />Haumschild: We have a wood fire pizza oven which is what we also have on `O`ahu, <br />that will be the initial primary purpose will be starting with pizzas to keep it simple, and <br />then expanding from there. <br />Greenwell: Have you received the application report? <br />Haumschild: I did prior to the first hearing, yes. <br />Greenwell: Are there any changes to the report? <br />Haumschild: No. <br />Greenwell: Brandon? <br />Gonzalez: Thank you, Chair, Members of the Commission, this is an application <br />for a sale and transfer of a liquor license, so mailed notices were not required, only <br />publication in the newspaper.
