The Commission will hear <br />public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is called,or <br />as allowed at the sole discretion of the Chair. Testifiers will be limited to five (5) minutes;please <br />plan accordingly. <br />Special Assistance:The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
