<br />Designation of Record on Appeal; Proposed Order for Certification and Transmission of
<br />Record."

<br />is regarding Mr. Tony Enriquez's appeal. The agenda states that this hearing concerns the
<br />preliminary issue of whether the Board has jurisdiction to hear his appeal, under Section 76-14 of
