Merit Appeals Board May 23, 2025 CHR. CABANAS: Ms. Cabanas —aye. Motion carried to deny the request of awarding attorney's fees and cost for both Mr. Turner and Mr. Kaye. I want to thank you, Mr. Hong, and Mr. Lee, and Ms. Tavares, for your representation on these two cases —and to Mr. Turner and to Mr. Kaye. MS. BOND: Mr. Halvorson will be writing the CHR.
