Chinen (Julia): We're a new commercial development, where we'll be offering True Value Hardware, groceries, and a commercial kitchen with grab -and -go foods. We also have an office space that we'll be leasing out to the Hawaii County Police, we're looking at a 5-year lease with four options to extend, so hopefully 25 years total. We have Hawaii Gas who we also have a contract with to bring a 2,000-gallon dispenser tank for the community to fill their personal propane tanks. We also have Big Island Ice Company, who's bringing their largest merchandiser onsite next to the gas dispenser to hopefully offer 7 lbs. and 20 lbs. bags of ice for the local fishermen and farmers there. What else are we doing? Chinen (John): 37 parking stalls, we contacted the Kamehameha Schools, they're looking at using our spot as changing the recent location they have to drop off for the keiki, for the mornings, the afternoons, and the sports bus because we have 24 cameras, the police presence, and bathrooms.
