The commission will <br />hear public testimony at the beginning of the meeting or when the respective agenda item is <br />called,or as allowed at the sole discretion of the chair. Testifiers willbe limited to five (5) <br />minutes;please plan accordingly. <br />The in-person meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.
