Please approve the amendment <br /> to SP 91122. <br /> Hawai'i Volcano Circus (HVC)is a community treasure in Puna that cultivates education, <br /> community connection, and playful physical activity. They are an anchor in our community that <br /> offers our local kids a place to develop their own voice, gain positive self-awareness, and cultivate <br /> confidence. A change of permitting will allow them to support the community more effectively, <br /> allowing them to expand their programming into a school, have recitals, and offer additional <br /> educational classes in agriculture, arts, technology and disaster preparedness. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter.
