<br />Mason: Sure, Aloha Chair, Vice Chair, Commissioners, Director, my name is Melvin
<br />Mason, and I'm the Director, CEO (Chief Executive Officer), President of Naka Nui
<br />Holdings, to become the Manager of Holoholo Brewing Company.
<br />Jimenez: Aloha Director and Chair, and also Commissioners, nice to meet you folks,
<br />my name is Kainoa Jimenez, also looking to become Manager and owner of Holoholo
<br />Brewing Company, also part -member of Naka Nui Holdings, and Koleagold Holdings
<br />LLC.
<br />Okabe: Okay, can you please describe your business?
<br />Mason: Yes, the Naka Nui company is a holding company, a C corporation was
<br />created on behalf to alleviate, to help manage Holoholo Brewing Company as of last
<br />year. The reason too, why it was also created was the previous owner had passed
<br />away unfortunately, Ron Jeffries. And, for us how we got involved was because our
<br />relationship with Broken Boundary Brewery on `O`ahu, which is also called Kalihi Beer,
<br />was expanding. And at the time, because of the capacity of that brewery on `O`ahu
<br />wasn't big enough, we had found and I had met last year in July at the Brewfest, Mr.
<br />Jeffries. And because he had purchased from the Shindo Family that started the
