Okay, any other questions? <br />Taniguchi: One question for Keyra, so if we call a special meeting, what's the <br />requirement for the number of Commissioners that have to be present? <br />Wong: It's saying you gotta have at least five. <br />Taniguchi: Just five? <br />Wong: Yes. <br />Nishimoto: Because you said nine, but only really have eight, yeah? <br />Takase: No, you actually have a 9th coming on, we will have a new Commissioner <br />come next month. District 1, Hamakua, the new Commissioner is going to be Steve <br />Morifuji. He was our Administrative Officer before Brandon.
