A. The public may provide oral testimony either in-person at the meeting location or via <br />Zoom. Pursuant to HRS Section 92-3, interested persons who want to provide oral <br />testimony may do so either at the time the Committee takes public statements on <br />agenda items, or at the time the specific agenda item is called. <br />B. Discussion on items purchased by Kaycie Parks for CSW Outreach purposes. <br />D. Follow up on Survey Form that was created from previous committee members, discuss <br />whether it was located or if a new one needs to be created. <br />E. Discussion about completing FY 2026 Budget Report. <br /> <br />IX. NEW BUSINESS <br />A. Creation of social media platform accounts with Instagram and Manage. <br />B. Holiday season- Outreach ideas. <br />C. Review October 19,2019 CSW Operating Guidelines, discussion on completing an <br />updated version. <br />D. DCC TRAINING ON PERMITTED INTERACTIVE GROUPS <br />X. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Notice to Lobbyists: If you are a lobbyist, you must register with the Hawaii County Clerk within five <br />days of becoming a lobbyist \[Article 15, Section 2- 91. 3( b), Hawaii County Code\]. A lobbyist means " any <br />individual engaged for pay or other consideration who spends more than five hours in any month or $275 <br />in any six-month period for the purpose of attempting to influence legislative or administrative action by <br />communicating or urging others to communicate with public officials." \[ Article 15, Section 2- 91. 3 ( a)( 6), <br />Hawaii County Code\]. Registration forms and expenditure report documents are available at the Office of <br />the County Clerk -Council, 25 Aupuni Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720. <br /> <br />
