Next Meeting: November 18, 2025, at 9.00 a.m. 25 Aupuni Street, Puna Conference Room, 1501, Hilo, HI 96720. 8. ADJOURNMENT. Executive Session: This Commission anticipates it may convene in one or more executive sessions regarding the above matters listed on the agenda, pursuant to HRS Sections 92-4 and 92-5 (a)(4), for the purpose of consulting with the Board's attorney on questions and issues pertaining to the Commission's powers, duties, privileges, immunities, and liabilities. A two-thirds (2/3) vote pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statute Section 92-4 is necessary to hold an executive session. Executive sessions are closed to the public. Note: This meeting shall be automatically recessed for up to 30 minutes to restore communication when audiovisual communication cannot be maintained with all Commission members participating in the meeting or with the "in-person" location identified in this agenda. This meeting may be in-person when either audiovisual communication is restored, or audio-only communication is established after an unsuccessful attempt to restore audiovisual communication. If it is not possible to reconvene the meeting as provided in this subsection within 30 minutes after an interruption to communication, the remaining items on this agenda shall be continued to the next meeting.
