I - L Location ofproposedficensedpremises KIND OF BUSINESS: Applicant plans to manufacture three (3) days a week, between the hours of 10.-00 a.m. — 4:00 p.m. No manufacturing will be done on Saturdays and Sundays. Applicant would like to manufacture small batches of rum, rye whiskey and vodka using locally sourced ingredients, including sugar cane, ulu and bananas that are farmed by the Applicant. LEASE AGREEMENT: This Lease Agreement ("Lease") made on April 5, 2025, by and between Charmaine Banther ("Landlord") and Hamakua Distillery LLC ("Tenant"), commenced on May 1, 2025 and will end on April 30, 2028. At the present time, there are two (2) of the same class of liquor license being lawfully exercised in the County of Hawai'i.
